Our Team
James Jobber
"My passion is around finding people’s potential in the sport of cycling. This has led me on a journey to help widen my knowledge of all aspects in the sport. I am constantly challenging myself to find new ways to help my clients improve and its incredibly rewarding to see their constant progression."
"For me mentality is everything so I make a real effort to get to know people on a personal level. This helps me to work out what motivates them but also helps me discover what's limiting their progress and how I can help change their perspective.”
“A big part of the process is finding a fun training routine that people enjoy following and educate people around how to adapt the plan when needed.”

Pete Hawkins
“I started my own coaching company because I felt that there was a need for a more personal approach to coaching. I give my clients more than just excellent training programs."
"For me it’s vital that I find what excites them, what drives them and what holds them back. From here we can come up with a plan to make positive changes to their training, nutrition and lifestyle in order to help them realise their full potential. This is a two way process and I like my clients to be very much involved in the journey.”
